PAY YOUR ELECTRIC BILL BY BANK DRAFT

If your schedule is as hectic as most of ours, you might be interested in Suwannee
Valley Electric’s Bank Draft Program. When you authorize SVEC to pay your
electric bill electronically, you no longer have to remember to write a check and
mail or deliver the check to our office each month.

How does our Bank Draft Program work? We ask the member to complete and
sign a Bank Draft Authorization. Attaching a “void” check to the authorization
form will complete the basic information we need to set up the draft account. We
will continue to mail a monthly bill, which will show a message “TO BE PAID
BY DRAFT” to alert the member. About 10 to 15 days after the billing date, a
member’s bank statement will show the date and amount deducted with a
description “SVEC Electric Bill.”

If you are interested in signing up for our Bank Draft Program, complete and sign
the Bank Draft Authorization form below. Return the completed authorization
form along with a “void” check to our office. If you have any questions
concerning our Bank Draft Program or your account, please contact our Member
Services Department. Our office hours are 8 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday.
