Bank Draft Authorization
If your schedule is as hectic as most of ours, you might be interested in SuwanneeValley Electric’s Bank Draft Program. When you authorize SVEC to pay yourelectric bill electronically, you no longer have to remember to write a check andmail or deliver the check to our office each month.
How does our Bank Draft Program work? We ask the member to complete andsign a Bank Draft Authorization. Attaching a “void” check to the authorizationform will complete the basic information we need to set up the draft account. Wewill continue to mail a monthly bill, which will show a message “TO BE PAIDBY DRAFT” to alert the member. About 10 to 15 days after the billing date, amember’s bank statement will show the date and amount deducted with adescription “SVEC Electric Bill.”

If you have any questionsconcerning our Bank Draft Program or your account, please contact our MemberServices Department. Our office hours are 8 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday.
